　　口語和聊天相比，有具有以下幾個明顯的特點：一是主題的明確性。面試時的口語有一個明確的中心，應(yīng)試者必須按照招聘單位指定的中心內(nèi)容進行論述的交談。不像日常聊天那樣經(jīng)常轉(zhuǎn)換話題，話題具有不可預(yù)測性，如果應(yīng)聘時口語離開中心漫無邊際地亂扯，或者答非所問，即使講的頭頭是道，也只能以失敗而告終。二是表達的邏輯性。日常的聊天往往是句式松懈、重復(fù)累贅、條理不清、顛三倒四，而求職面試的口語則必須講究表達的邏輯性，要求概念清晰、語意連貫、層次分明、推理嚴密、言之有據(jù)。三是詞語的文雅性。日常聊天經(jīng)常使用俚語、諺語、歇后語等，具有俚俗性、俏皮性特點。而求職面試時使用的口語必須莊重、文雅、充分體現(xiàn)出求職者高雅的氣質(zhì)和高尚的風(fēng)貌。四是較強的表演性。日常聊天時的口語對語音、語調(diào)的要求并不高，語言中的弱化、模糊和脫離現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)。而求職面試時的口語既要求語言規(guī)范、清晰，又要求其語調(diào)富于變化，也就是說，在口語的表達上要求有較強的表現(xiàn)力，富有表演性。
