BEC中級(jí)考試技巧口語(yǔ)篇
口語(yǔ)考試分為三部分,分別為
第一部分:對(duì)話
第二部分:簡(jiǎn)短發(fā)言
第三部分:討論
第一部分:對(duì)話
在這一部分中,考官向每個(gè)考生輪流提問(wèn)。首先是詢問(wèn)個(gè)人情況或工作、學(xué)習(xí)情況,考生作答后,再提問(wèn)一些商務(wù)性的問(wèn)題,通常有4個(gè)問(wèn)題,前2個(gè)問(wèn)題兩個(gè)考生相同,后2個(gè)不同。不過(guò)這些話題一般都是比較簡(jiǎn)單、淺顯的,而且考官提問(wèn)的問(wèn)句大部分都是簡(jiǎn)單句。
應(yīng)試指南
①考生應(yīng)注重外表,不能邋里邋遢,油頭滿面的;另外進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后,考生應(yīng)當(dāng)充滿自信,自然大方地向考官問(wèn)候致意。大家記得留給考官良好的第一印象很重要,很重要很重要。
②為了避免在考試時(shí)因過(guò)分緊張而導(dǎo)致發(fā)揮失常,考生平時(shí)要試著多練練緊張時(shí)讓自己放松的能力,這對(duì)于克服進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后突然的緊張情緒很有幫助。
③進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后要盡快熟悉考官的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)及語(yǔ)速,以免由于誤聽導(dǎo)致反應(yīng)錯(cuò)誤。
④當(dāng)面對(duì)考官的提問(wèn)或是同伴的問(wèn)題,自己未聽清時(shí),不可盲目作答,一定要問(wèn)清楚問(wèn)題再答題,否則答非所問(wèn)會(huì)使你丟掉分?jǐn)?shù)。
⑤有些問(wèn)題比較簡(jiǎn)單,你完全可以背出來(lái)答案,但是,切記不要那樣做,一定要自然地把答案說(shuō)出來(lái),要有適當(dāng)?shù)莫q豫和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)特有的語(yǔ)言銜接。⑥當(dāng)考官與另一位考生對(duì)話時(shí),千萬(wàn)不要插言打斷,你要做的就是在一旁靜靜聽著。
⑦在回答考官問(wèn)題時(shí),注意使用句法結(jié)構(gòu)完整的句子回答,最好跟上一句簡(jiǎn)單的情感描述性語(yǔ)言或原因,不要簡(jiǎn)單回答“是”或“不是”(畢竟是你在進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)考試,別把考官逼急了)。
⑧有時(shí)候考官會(huì)問(wèn)一個(gè)其他的問(wèn)題,如你的愛(ài)好,這時(shí)候,你就要選擇熟悉的話題來(lái)回答,不然很難回答他追問(wèn)的下一個(gè)問(wèn)題(這就很尷尬,有木有)。
第二部分:簡(jiǎn)短發(fā)言
在這部分考試中,考官會(huì)同時(shí)給兩名考生一張不同的試題卡和鉛筆、白紙,試題卡上有3個(gè)與商務(wù)有關(guān)的話題,考生任選一題作答,在準(zhǔn)備過(guò)程中可以將發(fā)言提綱寫在白紙上。一分鐘后,一個(gè)考生做一分鐘的演講,另一名則需要對(duì)其提一至兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,然后該考生作答,到另一名考生發(fā)表演講時(shí)也是如此。這部分話題涉及的范圍比較廣,包括廣告、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、溝通、客戶關(guān)系、金融財(cái)務(wù)、健康和安全、人事,生產(chǎn),運(yùn)輸?shù)裙芾怼?a href='http://lpo831.com/chuangyee/shichangyingxiao/' target='_blank'>市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、招聘、銷售、技術(shù)、培訓(xùn)、商務(wù)旅行等等。
應(yīng)試指南 ①拿到試題卡后,以最快的速度閱讀完3個(gè)話題,選定一個(gè)自己最熟悉、最有把握的問(wèn)題作為演講主題,然后準(zhǔn)備演講內(nèi)容,這個(gè)過(guò)程不能超過(guò)10秒鐘。
②要清楚理解題目的意思,否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致考生思路定向偏離題目要求的方向。
③陳述觀點(diǎn)時(shí)盡量使用合理的語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)接詞匯,以使觀點(diǎn)具有邏輯性。
④記住任何口語(yǔ)考試都不是背誦課文,要保持一個(gè)適中的語(yǔ)調(diào)和語(yǔ)音。
⑤在演講時(shí)盡量不要保持一分鐘或超過(guò)一分鐘,這個(gè)會(huì)有點(diǎn)難度,所以在平時(shí)訓(xùn)練時(shí)就要注重對(duì)時(shí)間的把控。
⑥選題后,集中精力構(gòu)思演講的提綱,并用鉛筆在紙上快速記錄關(guān)鍵詞。在想的時(shí)候應(yīng)直接用英語(yǔ)思考,這樣既可以節(jié)省時(shí)間,還能使你更容易記住這一思路。
⑦在同伴演講時(shí),要帶有目的、認(rèn)真地去聽,即使不是每句話都能聽清 就所聽到的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提問(wèn)就可以了。
⑧回答同伴問(wèn)題時(shí),首先要聽懂問(wèn)題,沒(méi)聽清可以大膽請(qǐng)他重復(fù)一遍,然后給出簡(jiǎn)明扼要的答案。
第三部分:討論
這部分由兩名考生合作完成,考官發(fā)給考生有同一主題的試題卡,以及與之相關(guān)聯(lián)的兩三個(gè)問(wèn)題??忌饔邪敕昼姷臏?zhǔn)備時(shí)間,但是雙方不能相互交談。隨后,就問(wèn)題進(jìn)行3分鐘的對(duì)話,目的是討論并決定這些問(wèn)題。
應(yīng)試指南①要從題干情景出發(fā),圍繞提示中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)方出現(xiàn)偏題、跑題現(xiàn)象時(shí),要毫不猶豫地及時(shí)打斷他。②在討論時(shí),要使思路的組織與觀點(diǎn)銜接起來(lái),即每拋出一個(gè)觀點(diǎn),兩個(gè)人都要配合著說(shuō)出這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)的支撐句,然后再拋出下一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)和相應(yīng)的支撐句。③考生要快速讓自己進(jìn)入“角色”。④說(shuō)話時(shí)語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)一定要清晰、自然、語(yǔ)速要適中。⑤以雙贏為目的,不能“一邊倒”。當(dāng)同伴言語(yǔ)較多而不給你發(fā)話機(jī)會(huì)時(shí),要果斷打斷他,反之,他很少接口時(shí),你不能一味地表現(xiàn)自己,而要運(yùn)用一些疑問(wèn)句啟發(fā)、引導(dǎo)他參與到你的思路中來(lái)。⑥合理分配時(shí)間,不要在一個(gè)問(wèn)題上周旋過(guò)久,而忽略其他的問(wèn)題,這樣會(huì)被扣分。⑦若討論時(shí)間還沒(méi)結(jié)束,你們已經(jīng)討論完那些問(wèn)題了,可以把前面的重要觀點(diǎn)總結(jié)性地重述一遍,不能傻傻地坐在那等待時(shí)間結(jié)束。

M: Can you have the briefs from the Anderson firm's lawyer on my desk by tomorrow morning. There are quite a few very time sensitive matters with this case. I'm afraid I can't wait any longer.
F: Getting those Anderson briefs has been harder than you can imagine. I have tried to contact their lawyer many times. But every time I call, his secretary says he’s in a meeting or out of the office or away on business. I am beginning to think he is trying to avoid me.
M: That's highly possible. He knows if we miss our filing deadline, we don’t stand a chance to compete against them for the bid. Try to get a hold of him again. Give him a call and see if he can fax them first thing.
F: What if I can't speak to him directly?
M: Ask his secretary to fax them. Its the same thing. Have them faxed over with a copy also faxed to Martin’s office.
F: How do I find Martin’s fax number? Is he in your rollerdesk?
M: No, but you can also call their office and ask the secretary to give you their fax number. I’ll email you their office number later today.
F: Ok, I'll get on it first thing.
M: Be sure you do, I need those briefs ASAP
Dialogue two
M:Did you put this morning's faxes on my desk?I'm waiting for some urgent faxes from headquaters,I'm pretty sure they came in last night.
F:Evething that came in the office fax machine last night is all on your desk,but I noticed that some of faxes came through pretty blurred,maybe you take a look at them,if the copy is unreadble,I'll call then and ask them to refax.
M:Yeah,you're going to have to call them and get them to be refax. These copies are so dark. I can't make out any of the words.
F:What about that one?
M:This one?This one is so light and I can barely read it. How can that be?
F:You know, I think the fax machine is out of toner. I can change the toner cartridge. That should solve the problem.
M:Yes,but this one will have to be refaxed as well. And look, there's about 3 pages missing. It looks like the fax machine ate half of my important faxes,and ones that made it through are so blurred or too light. They are unreadable.
F:I guess the fax machine is out of paper too. Don't worry,I'll have someone look at it this afternoon,and in the meantime,I'll have your documents refaxed to our other fax machine.

F:Oh,I almost forgot. Thank you for calling to remind me. Actually,I do need to change the time of my appointment. I have a scheduling conflict,and I can’t make it that early.
M:If I put you in that later slot,would that work out?
F:It would have to be after lunch. Do you have anything available about 2 o’clock?
M:Sorry,Mam. The only opening we have after lunch is 1:15, but I might be able to work you in at 4:00. Would that be a better time?
F:That’s all right.I think I should be able tomake it at 1:15. Can you put me down for that time slot?
