Gain a correct view of oneself. You may look forward hopefully to the future but be sure not to expect too much, for dreams can never be fully realized. You may be courageous to meet challenges but it should be clear to you where to direct your efforts. 38
Self-appreciate. Whether you compare yourself to a towering tree or a blade of grass, a high mountain or a small stone, you represent a state of nature. 39 If you earnestly(誠摯地) admire yourself you’ll have a real sense of self-appreciation.
40 In time of anger, do yourself a favor by releasing(釋放) it in a quiet place so that you won't be hurt by its flames; in time of sadness, do yourself a favor by sharing it with your friends so as to change a bad mood into a cheerful one; in time of tiredness, do yourself a favor by getting a good sleep.
Get a full control of one’s life. Then one will find one’s life full of color and flavor.

Greetings from China! I am Li Hua, a high school student in China. During the summer vacation, I will study in Kogarah High School for a month. How happy I am to learn that your family will be my host family! I'd like to know more about my stay in Kogarah. First, may I have my own room? And it would be great if I could have access to the Internet in my room. In spite of my interest in Australian food, I'm wondering if I could cook some simple Chinese dishes just in case I'm not used to it. Besides, I'd like to know if there is a bus between your home and the school.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes,
Yours sincerely,
Li Hua
