　　大家下午好!

　　今天站在這里，首先要感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給了我這次與大家學(xué)習(xí)交流的機會。作為一名年輕的科任教師，在學(xué)校構(gòu)建的“三全德育體系”進程中，我逐漸認(rèn)識到，科任教師在德育工作中，雖曰配角，實則也是主角。不僅要做好教學(xué)工作，更要以良好的社會形象詮釋師德。一年來，我在工作中尋找到了快樂，尋找到了職業(yè)的幸福感。今天，我就向大家匯報一下我在師德和如何做好課任教師方面的點滴收獲與感悟，希望大家批評指正。

　　一、以愛為基，構(gòu)建和諧靈動的英語生命課堂

　　在多年的英語教學(xué)實踐中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)即使我激情洋溢、想盡辦法調(diào)動積極性也還是有個別學(xué)生或軟硬不吃不遵守紀(jì)律，或麻木呆滯不進入狀態(tài)。這成了我提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的瓶頸。但一次意外的收獲使我豁然開朗。五年十班有個智障的孩子，平時上課經(jīng)常自己在后面唱歌或走動，根本不聽老師的話。一次中午放學(xué)后我發(fā)現(xiàn)他一個人站在路邊發(fā)呆，就走過去問他是不是家長沒來接。他望著我說想過馬路?？傻任?guī)^了馬路，他還不肯走。聯(lián)系到班主任后，班主任告訴我他家就在學(xué)校附近，平時也沒人接送。就這樣我一直陪了他大半個中午，直到他回家。從那天開始，上英語課時他再也不唱歌了，偶爾想站起來，看到我在看他就馬上坐下，像知道自己犯錯似的偷偷看我。下課他還主動和我說話唱歌給我聽。當(dāng)我看到他那張癡癡的小臉上洋溢的滿是欣喜與自信時，我忽然明白了一個道理：即使是智障的孩子也會感受到老師對他的關(guān)愛，也會懂得用心去珍惜這份愛，從而認(rèn)真的做好自己，那么正常的孩子就更容易被感化和激勵了。于是我利用每周每班三節(jié)英語課，營造輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，教學(xué)方法常換常新，適時使用激勵性語言，使很多孩子走出不愛學(xué)習(xí)英語的怪圈。同時用心捕捉每個孩子身上的閃光點，充分的關(guān)愛、尊重、賞識與激勵，同時將我校”打造和諧團隊”的理念引入課堂。既已小組為單位分為A,B,C,D四個團隊，以比賽的形式將四組同學(xué)紀(jì)律、品質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)效率與積極性等多方面的競爭貫穿于始終，并讓課代表做好記錄。同時我承諾下學(xué)期開學(xué)按等次進行獎勵。從此以后英語課不用我扯著嗓子組織紀(jì)律，只要我把A,B,C,D往黑板上一寫，孩子們立刻小手背后，打起精神頭，有一個人不守紀(jì)律好幾個人監(jiān)督他;有一個人說不上好幾個人教他說;有一個人不愛學(xué)好幾個人課下做他的工作。五年十班的許翰林因為怕影響小組成績由最開始的上課不守紀(jì)律、不完成作業(yè)、不在乎老師，到現(xiàn)在的大聲朗讀，作業(yè)工整，動作快、靜、齊。那么最難管理的學(xué)生進步了小組就優(yōu)秀了，小組優(yōu)秀了全班的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍就濃了。前兩天我對孩子們兌現(xiàn)了我的承諾，當(dāng)孩子拿著獎狀激情而談獲獎感言時，我覺得我是最幸福的人，因為我收獲了孩子們學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心與興趣，也收獲了孩子們對我一個科任老師濃濃的愛。只要我們對學(xué)生是認(rèn)真的，是負(fù)責(zé)任的，能以自己淵博的知識，靈活的教法和高尚的情操給我們的學(xué)生最多的收獲，那我們就同樣能收獲高效、靈動的生命課堂。

　　二、育德無言，煉造鮮活魅力副班主任形象

　　記得學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)說過：“作為科任教師如果你贏得了班主任的支持與理解那你就成功了一大半”。這句話確實是真理。作為一名科任教師，只要站在副班主任的立場上，以一名班主任教師的情懷，懂得如何去支持與理解班主任的工作，學(xué)會換位思考，學(xué)會自己去處理調(diào)皮的學(xué)生和突發(fā)情況，少給班主任添麻煩，上課不遲到不早退，在班主任需要幫助時主動伸出援助之手等等，你就會贏得班主任的認(rèn)可。然而還有更重要的一點是：你要和她們一樣愛著她的學(xué)生。

　　我在學(xué)校安排的科任帶班工作中，全力配合班主任做好副班主任工作，并建立的融洽的關(guān)系，同時也學(xué)會抓住放學(xué)、大課間、帶班等絕好機會，對學(xué)生適時滲透德育教育，進行思想溝通、建立深厚感情，努力塑造合格的有人格魅力的副班主任形象。我負(fù)責(zé)代班的五年六班的安哲同學(xué)是個愛挑理的孩子，在英語課上經(jīng)常由于氣氛熱烈而沒有輪到發(fā)言或沒有先提問他而耍小性子，因為他從南門回家我與他有了充分交流的機會，在田老師的配合下優(yōu)秀的小安哲變得豁達了。還有我曾帶過的四年八班的一個女孩把我每周五幫他們拿背不動的書包和下雨天把好路讓給他們走等這樣的小事寫進了日記。當(dāng)王珊老師興致勃勃的把這件事告訴我后我美了好多天，同時我也深刻的意識到，無論是班主任還是科任，我們的一言一行都要做學(xué)生效仿的榜樣，一些不起眼的小事，足以讓孩子對我們刮目相看，博得愛戴。因此在以后的日子里我更加注重自己的師表形象，課下動和學(xué)生用英語打招呼，做學(xué)生的大姐姐;大課間我和學(xué)生歡聲笑語玩在一起;上下班的公汽上我總是給老人讓座，我發(fā)覺我的學(xué)生也這樣做;過馬路的時候我主動拉起學(xué)生的小手，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我與他們再沒有距離。因為作為學(xué)生的榜樣，引路人，我時刻銘記——從我做起，從小事做起，從今天做起!我要以自身良好的師德形象帶動更多的具有高素質(zhì)人的誕生，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生現(xiàn)代人具有的素養(yǎng)，使學(xué)生“獲得愛、懂得愛、學(xué)會愛。”

　　三、教學(xué)相長，修筑自身專業(yè)發(fā)展之路

　　教師是個幸福的職業(yè)”，因為我們每天都在被孩子們的愛包圍著，每天都在愛與被愛中感動著。這樣的愛使得我們不好意思無知下去，松懈下去。因此，在學(xué)校提倡的“五個一”校本培訓(xùn)中，在實踐中，不斷學(xué)習(xí)和提高，努力提升自己的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。在過去一年中我研讀了從劉麗校長那里借來的《蘇霍姆林斯基給教師的 100條建議》和《教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》兩本書，精心把心得上傳到我的個人博客里。并通過對上學(xué)期的多次業(yè)務(wù)講座和科任教師教學(xué)大獎賽后的兩節(jié)示范課學(xué)習(xí)，使我通過對比找出了自身的瑕疵與差距。我還和本組同事認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)了課件制作并瀏覽了很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)里的優(yōu)秀課例，從中吸取精華并運用到課堂教學(xué)中。從而提高了自身教育教學(xué)水平，促進了個人專業(yè)化成長。

　　一年來，我深深體會到，在我們xx小學(xué)這個和諧的大家庭里，人人都有我要學(xué)習(xí)的閃光點，只我要用心去學(xué)去做，就會得到豐厚的回報。然而由于我學(xué)識尚淺、能力有限，還有很多方面不能做到盡善盡美，也曾多次因為思想開小差、心胸不夠開闊而被校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)嚴(yán)厲批評。每一次挨批后我都經(jīng)歷著輾轉(zhuǎn)難眠、深刻檢討、反思求進到豁然開朗的過程。我知道我就像一棵小樹，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們是在精心的為我修剪枝杈助我長成參天大樹。，并時時刻刻激勵著我做人力求真善美，德行高尚方為師。因此在這里我要感謝過去一年中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我的關(guān)懷和培養(yǎng)，感謝同事們的支持與鼓勵，讓我體會到工作是一個享受快樂的過程，讓我懂得了人生就需要不斷攀登。

　　Since I first steeped on my platform, I have decided to be a good and successful English teacher.
