八年級是整個初中英語學習階段的重要時期,而寫作在英語學習中又是難度相對較大的一項技能。
隨著中考寫作分值的增加,八年級的學生掌握好英語寫作技能就顯得尤為重要。
那么,筆者想著重談談八年級學生該如何提高書面表達能力這個問題。
針對這個問題,轟動英美文壇的華裔女孩鄒奇奇的故事能給我們帶來啟發(fā)。
被媒體譽為“世界上最聰明的孩子”鄒奇奇,7歲時出版的故事集《飛揚的手指》曾轟動了英美文壇。
鄒奇奇之所以能在這么小的年齡達到如此高的英文寫作高度,是因為她3歲時就開始閱讀各種書籍,4歲時開始用筆記本電腦寫作,到7歲時已讀完1600本書,涉獵各個領域。
觀看鄒奇奇的演講視頻時,我們可以感覺到她的英語表達方式非常地道,仔細閱讀演講稿時就會發(fā)現,原來她所使用的很多句子結構,都可以在新概念英語的第三、四冊里找到類似的范例。
通過鄒奇奇的事例,我們可以總結出,提高寫作能力的技巧可以從三方面入手:
明確背誦在寫作訓練中的作用
在學習母語的過程中,我們有很多關于背誦重要性的體驗。
幼年時死記硬背學會的詩詞,在長大后的某些時刻會自然從心靈深處涌出,成為寫作時的點睛之筆。
英語學習也同樣如此,對于有了七年級一年英語基礎的八年級學生來說,要養(yǎng)成背熟課文的良好習慣。
學有余力的學生,還可以背誦新概念英語等經過時間考驗的精選英文段落。
通過背誦,潛意識里對范文的段落結構、句式、常用連接詞等慢慢熟悉,逐步形成語感,為以后的寫作練習打下一個堅實的基礎。
循序漸進,進行替換練習
對于八年級的學生來說,還不需要達到寫成篇文章的高度,但是運用短語組合句子形成段落,是最基本的要求。
1.練詞句。
寫作應從詞句練起,在使用中記憶,通過模仿課本例句做替換練習是鞏固記憶的好方法。
下面舉個最簡單的例子。

2.練段落。
練好詞句之后就必須開始段落的練習。
首先要有意識地去認識段落的結構,可以集中一段時間,集中訓練運用某一種常見的段落結構,例如“總—分—總”“總—分”等。
其次要學會在句子中使用正確的連接詞和過渡詞,使文章上下銜接自然緊湊。
比如,Unit2 Topic3 SctionA,就有first, second, third, finally表遞進的結構模式,還可以使用如first of all,in addition, whats more, moreover,in a word, all in all等更為高級一點的表達, 表示轉折的如but, yet, however等。
正確使用這些引導詞語,能很好地體現文章思路,把句子意思表達得更清楚,使文章讀起來自然流暢。
八年級的學生可以通過整理,把幾種常用的表達方式集中起來記錄在筆記本里熟記,需要用到時就能信手拈來。
要增加語言的輻射程度,多聽多讀多看
我們生活在非英語國家,語言環(huán)境先天不足。

一、復習指導思想:

三、復習目標:
1、按照要求背誦和認讀一些單詞,能完成單詞默寫,分類的練習。
2、認讀教材中出現的一些詞組的用法,能完成英漢互譯的習題。
3、掌握教材中出現的句型,和一些簡單的與教材內容有關的語法知識;能夠區(qū)分教材中出現的句型,運用翻譯補充所學句子。

2、詞組。詞組是學習英語的關鍵,它是學習句子的基礎,把詞組歸類,分類掌握。
3、句子。句子是學習英語的重點,也是本冊教材的重點和難點。
1)指導學生在語境中復習句子。
2)根據句子類型指導學生在比較中復習句子,教給學生適當的語法知識。
五、復習策略
1、采用集中復習和自主復習相結合的方法。
所有詞匯以黑體和星號單詞為重點,每單元出現的重點句型進行聽說讀寫訓練。
語法:一般疑問句及其答句,本冊教材的幾種特殊疑問句及其答句,名詞的單復數形式。
2、階段復習的實施辦法:
第一階段:圍繞各單元重點句型展開復習,檢查各單元的單詞和課文對話的背誦情況。
第二階段:詞匯單項復習并檢測,包括默寫、單詞歸類。重點句型進行英漢互譯練習,答問訓練并與連詞成句等形式。
第三階段:在學生進行自主歸類復習的基礎上,設計一些綜合練習,配合復習資料進行集中輔導,發(fā)現普遍性問題集體解決,并對個別進行輔導,力爭使每位學生都得到提高。
3、復習措施
(1)按單元順序進行單詞詞組和句型歸類,復習相關的知識點。
(2)加強聽力,口頭和筆頭練習。
