　　concerning 關(guān)于，論及，就…而言：

　　the help and everything else you have been offering to us

　　你一直向我們提供的幫助及其它事情。

　　proposals 提議，建議

　　in advance 預(yù)先，提前

　　建議信寫(xiě)作建議

　　首先，要表達(dá)你一直關(guān)注著某件事情，這件事情給你帶來(lái)了那些好處，同時(shí)針對(duì)不足，你想給出一些建議。 (這樣第一段基本上就完成了)

　　然后，針對(duì)具體的問(wèn)題，給出具體的建議，一般是給出二到三建議就行了。(這里真的只能是具體問(wèn)題具體分析，沒(méi)有看到作文主題，老師也無(wú)能為力，提前幫你弄好。只能靠自己了，加油。)
