1.Active Listener(做一個(gè)積極的聆聽者)
面試時(shí)要Listen actively and stay calm.(注意聽,保持冷靜。)而對(duì)方的一舉一動(dòng),雖然無言,卻也可能有意。要善于察言觀色,明察秋毫,比如,自己說得太多了就要注意一下是不是自己太羅嗦了,沒有掌握好時(shí)間。主試人認(rèn)為該結(jié)束面試時(shí),往往會(huì)說以下這些暗示的話語,例:
I‘m grateful for your concern about the job at our company.
我很感激你對(duì)我們公司這項(xiàng)工作的關(guān)注。
Thank you for your concern about our recruitment,We shall inform you as soon as we have made our decision.
謝謝你對(duì)我們招聘工作的關(guān)心。我們一做出決定就會(huì)立即通知你。

There is not prepared for interview.(對(duì)面試無準(zhǔn)備)。當(dāng)面試官問到某個(gè)問題時(shí)說:Idon’tknowforsure.(我不確切知道。)或者顯得Lacks planning for career;has no purpose or goals.(對(duì)自己的事業(yè)沒有安排;沒有目標(biāo)和理想。)
第二個(gè)大忌:
Is unwilling to start at the bottom;expects too much too soon.(不愿從基層干起;要求太多。)或者Overemphasizesmoney;isinterestedonlyinthebestdollaroffer.(只對(duì)最佳報(bào)酬感興趣。)
2.Eye Contact(眼神的交流)
Always maintain eye contact with the interviewer.Makeeye-contact with the interviewer during thEinterview.Show that you are confident by looking straight at the person.

要注意:Don’t shakehand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand.(人家伸手時(shí)才握手。)Don’t sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer.(人家未請(qǐng),先別坐下。)
