1992–1995
Cara Dillon十四歲時在Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann贏得“全愛爾蘭歌唱大獎賽”
1992年她和學(xué)校朋友Murrough，Ruardhrai O'Kane組建了Oige(愛爾蘭語意為“青春”)樂隊。Dillon和Oige樂隊錄制了兩張專輯：一張錄音室版和一張現(xiàn)場版專輯。
1995–2000
1995年Dillon在接受民謠樂隊Equation的邀請，離開Oige了，取代Kate Rusby的位置。
1995-1996的冬季于Peter Gabriel的 Realworld Studios錄制他們的一張專輯Return to Me。
