外商獨(dú)資企業(yè) 所需材料清單
1. 母公司名稱(chēng)、地址、電話(huà)及公司概況等;

5. 投資外方的合法開(kāi)業(yè)證明及當(dāng)?shù)卣淖C明書(shū)復(fù)印件，中方投資者提供發(fā)照機(jī)關(guān)確認(rèn)的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件;
Xerox copy of legal license of both foreign investor and Chinese investor;
6. 外方資信證明正本二份;
Original of credit worthiness of the foreign investor (Bank issues);
7. 注冊(cè)地址、開(kāi)業(yè)地的房屋租賃合同、產(chǎn)權(quán)證明及租賃證或土地批租合同;
