A:I like this apartment. Do you think we can afford the mortgage?
B:我想可以的。這套住宅不是很貴。地段合適，我們想要的也都有了。房間也很大。
B:Yes,I think so. It’s not a very expensive apartment. It’s in the right area and it has everything that we are looking for. The rooms are quite large too.
A:我特別喜歡著陽臺?？梢宰谕饷嫘蕾p夏日的太陽。又在12層，從陽臺看出去風(fēng)景很美。
A:I love the balcony. We can sit outside and enjoy the sun in summer. We are on the 12th floor, so there’s a very nice view from the balcony.

B:The neighbourhood is nice too. There is a park neaarby.
