ing的被動語態(tài)
動詞ing的被動語態(tài) 也叫進行時態(tài)的被動語態(tài),它的結構是:助動詞be +being +及物動詞的過去分詞。
如
The bridge is being built by the workers now .
工人們正在建一座橋。
The trees are being cut by them .
他們正在砍樹。
The wall is being painted by us .
我們正在涂墻壁。
動名詞的被動形式
1.當動名詞的邏輯主語是這個動名詞所表示的動作的承受者時,動名詞一般要用被動形式。
Being exposed to the nuclear radiation for long will do great harm to one’s health. 長時間暴露在核輻射下會對人體健康造成很大的傷害。
The girl was annoyed by being left alone.
讓她一個人待著,這個女孩很惱火。
2.句法作用 (1)作主語 Being killed by sharks at that time was a common occurrence. 那是被鯊魚吃掉是常有的事。
Missing the target again made the coach annoyed.
又脫靶了,這使得教練很惱火。
(2)作賓語 V.-ing 的被動形式既可以作及物動詞的賓語,又可以作介詞的賓語。
I appreciate having been given the chance to achieve my target.

3.在want , need , require , deserve 等動詞以及worth這個形容詞后面,常用動名詞的主動形式表示被動意義,而當該動詞為不及物動詞時,后面應加上適當?shù)慕樵~。

現(xiàn)在分詞的被動式
如果現(xiàn)在分詞與邏輯主語之間是被動關系,或者現(xiàn)在分詞的邏輯主語是其動作的承受者時,則應用現(xiàn)在分詞的被動形式。它可以在句中充當定語、賓語補足語和狀語。
1.作定語
The meeting being held in the meeting room is about improving entire staff working conditions.

2.作賓語補足語
You’ll find their affair being discussed everywhere.
