The more one tries to cover up, the better-known it will become.
During the Spring and Autumn Period (春秋時(shí)期,770-476 BC), there lived a man named Hei Gung, who worked for the government of the kingdom of Ju. Hei Gung once secretly gave apiece of Ju's territory to the kingdom of Lu, in the hopes that Lu would take him in.
春秋時(shí)代,邾國有一個(gè)人,名字叫黑肱,為國家做事,他偷偷地把邾國一塊土地送給魯國,希望魯國收留他。

One day his father bought some pears, picking one of the largest and giving it to Kong Rongdeliberately. But Kong Rong shook his head and picked up the smallest one.
一天爸爸買了一些梨子,特意撿了一個(gè)最大的給孔融,孔融卻搖頭不要,拿了一個(gè)最小的梨。
His dad was very curious, and asked: “Why?”

Later, Kong Rong became a great scholar.
