還有一種就是我們家喻戶曉、家家戶戶都知道,都食用的豆芽,為什么說是豆芽也是不健康的食物呢!因?yàn)槎寡恳彩且晃?ldquo;受害者”為什么它也是“受害者”呢?那是因?yàn)樗簧碳医o涂上了一種“色素”,豆芽使用出了“易容術(shù)”。原先那些沒有使用易容術(shù)的豆芽們?nèi)矶际屈S黃的,又黃又細(xì),雖然有些不好看,也像是一位營養(yǎng)不良的小孩子一樣。但它是健康的,而現(xiàn)在的豆芽使出了易容術(shù),它的全身由黃色的變成了白色的,又白又亮,好看極了,它不像原來的那樣瘦瘦的,而是很飽滿、豐富的,像這些就是不健康的,而是危險(xiǎn)。我們吃多了這種食物就有可能歸西哦!

雖然我還是一個(gè)小學(xué)生,可我懂得的關(guān)于食品安全的知識(shí)可不少呢!比如說不能在小攤上買東西、不能在沒有衛(wèi)生許可證的餐廳吃飯、不能吃過期、變質(zhì)、“三無”食品、不能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購買小食品時(shí),注重查看以下幾個(gè)方面情況:一是要選擇信譽(yù)好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看產(chǎn)品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產(chǎn)日期和保質(zhì)期,拒絕購買“三無”產(chǎn)品;三是檢查食品和合格證明、所含的營養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度;四是注意質(zhì)價(jià)相符,對(duì)超低價(jià)格的小食品不要購買;五是注重檢查該食品的食品商標(biāo)標(biāo)志等等。
大家看吧,我們吃食物時(shí)一定要選擇好的食物,否則就有可能給我們帶來生命危險(xiǎn)。
