25條時(shí)間管理技巧
01. There is alway time. Time is priorities. 時(shí)間常有。時(shí)間優(yōu)先。
02. Days always fill up. 時(shí)間總會(huì)有的。
Only plan for 4-5 hours of real work per day. 每天只計(jì)劃4-5小時(shí)用于真正工作。—— DDH,37signals
03. Work more when you are in the zone. Relax when you‘re not. 當(dāng)你在工作狀態(tài)時(shí),那就多干點(diǎn);不在狀態(tài)時(shí),就好好休息。

04. Respect your time and make it respected. 重視你的時(shí)間,并使其值得重視。

05. Stop multi-tasking. It merely kill your focus. 不要同時(shí)多任務(wù)。這只會(huì)消耗注意力。(保持專注,一心一用)
06. Set up a work routine and stick to it. Your body will adapt. 養(yǎng)成一個(gè)工作習(xí)慣,并持之以恒。你的身體會(huì)適應(yīng)過(guò)來(lái)的。

13. Group meetings and communications (email or phone) to create blocks of uninterrupted work. 群組會(huì)議和溝通(郵件或電話)會(huì)產(chǎn)生不連續(xù)的任務(wù)。
14. Keep the same context throughout the day. Switching between projects/clients is unproductive. 在一整天中,保持工作環(huán)境。在不同項(xiàng)目/客戶之間換來(lái)?yè)Q去,這不高效。

20. Delegate and learn to make use of other people. 授權(quán),并學(xué)會(huì)(利)用(他)人。// 直譯過(guò)來(lái),雖然”利用“二字有點(diǎn)怪怪的,但就是這么個(gè)道理。
“If something can be done 80% as well by someone else, delegate!” 如果某件事其他人也可以做到八成,那這件事就可委派給其他人。
21. Turn the page on yesterday. Only ever think about today and tomorrow. 把昨天翻過(guò)去,只考慮今天和明天。

22. Set deadlines for everything. Don’t let tasks go on indefinitely. 給所有事情都設(shè)定一個(gè)期限。不要讓工作無(wú)期限地進(jìn)行下去。
23. Set end dates for intense or stressful activities. Everything ends at some point. 針對(duì)時(shí)間緊或有壓力的事情,設(shè)置結(jié)束時(shí)間。在某種程度上,萬(wàn)事皆會(huì)終結(jié)。
24. Always take notes. 多做備注。
“Get a reminder app for everything. Do not trust your own brain for your memory” 裝一個(gè)提醒應(yīng)用吧,有句俗話,好記性不如爛筆頭。
25. Write down anything that distracts you- google searches, random thoughts, new ideas, whatever. The point is, if you write them down, they’ll stop bubbling up when you’re in the zone. 在你進(jìn)入(工作)狀態(tài)后,記下任何分散你注意力的東西,比如 Google 搜索詞、靈光乍現(xiàn)的想法、新點(diǎn)子等等。如果你把它們記下來(lái),它們就不會(huì)在蹦來(lái)蹦去了。
